Welcome to Binge Lovers. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Binge Lovers"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The content on Binge Lovers includes 18+ (Adult) material. By registering on our Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Accessing the Platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration

Creating a user account is mandatory to access our content, purchase subscriptions, or use our Pay-Per-View/TVOD services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions, TVOD, and Payment Terms

• Plans: We offer basic Monthly and Yearly subscription plans, as well as a Transactional Video on Demand (TVOD) system for individual content purchases. Pricing varies based on the content and plan selected.
• Payment Gateway: All payments are securely processed through the Cashfree Payment Gateway.
• No Refund Policy: All purchases, subscriptions, and TVOD transactions are final. We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
• Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your account, you can raise a support ticket on the Platform or email us at support@bingelovers.com.

4. Creator Revenue Sharing Policy

For creators uploading content on Binge Lovers, the following revenue-sharing terms apply:

• Revenue Split: Standard revenue sharing ranges between 60%, 70%, or 80% depending on the specific creator agreement. Creators may also opt for a 100% revenue share by paying a one-time fixed fee to the Platform.
• Payout Cycle: Payouts are processed on a monthly basis.
• Minimum Payout: The minimum threshold for initiating a payout is ₹5000 INR.
• Tax Deductions: A tax deduction of up to 20% will be applied on monthly earnings up to ₹50,000 INR, as per applicable tax laws and company policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Account Ban Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any activity that harms the Platform. Your account will be permanently banned without prior notice or refund if you are found engaging in:

• Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with others.
• Piracy & Screen Recording: Attempting to download, screen record, capture, or distribute any content from Binge Lovers.
• Illegal Activities: Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or any activity that causes financial or reputational damage to Binge Lovers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, graphics, designs, and software available on the Platform are the exclusive property of Binge Lovers. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

7. Copyright Infringement & Grievance Redressal

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh and Mohali.
